Javier is the Practice Manager at Sydney Perio and brings over a decade of experience in the dental industry. Originally from Chile, he holds a Dentistry degree from Universidad del Desarrollo and has since built a strong career focused on the operational side of healthcare practices.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, Javier’s main focus is on practice operations and process improvement. He plays a vital role in ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly, supporting both the clinical team and patients with a commitment to high-quality standards of care. His leadership continues to add value by enhancing patient experiences and streamlining internal processes.

Outside of work, Javier enjoys swimming laps, hiking, and spending time with his partner Tim and their dog Walter.
